More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
